Barnard Elementary School [Auditorium Sound System & Video]
The Need: For school-sponsored events such as awards ceremonies Bernard Elementary School used an antiquated sound system in their auditorium/gym space. The system did not contain video. They wanted a secure audio/video system to make the space more interactive. They were also interested in using whiteboards to fully engage students in classroom activities. The EasyAV Response: EasyAV updated all audio equipment and installed a video system (projector/screen) for the auditorium/gym space. Used a commercial Bluetooth mixer which allows them to control the locked, secured system with a smart device. Installed whiteboards in 23 classrooms.

National Zoo [Interactive Whiteboard Installation]
The Need: The National Zoo wanted an interactive workspace for their research project on orangutan memory in the Think Tank Exhibit. Specifically, they were interested in having students in the Summer Safari Day Camp to participate in an interactive classroom that focuses on hands-on activities, lessons, craft projects and science experiments. The EasyAV Response: EasyAV developed a design concept to streamline the layout of the interactive video system in order to minimize visibility of the system and prevent the accessibility of the system for general use. We installed a Promethean Interactive Whiteboard in the camp space and trained staff on use of the media equipment.

United States Holocaust Museum [Small Theater Exhibit]
The Need: The Holocaust Museum wanted to share the story of the Holocaust interactively so that visitors can see and feel the experience. For one of the permanent exhibits they wanted to display a large 12’ long image using multiple projectors that did not have edge-blending. The EasyAV Response: EAsyAV installed several small theaters using projectors and surround sound systems. Throughout the museum installed multiple permanent exhibits using projectors and surround sound systems. Smoothly blended different images using several short throw projectors to display the 12’ image without distorting or warping the edges of the individual images.
